Welcome to DimeSitio. The following terms govern the use of the platform and the relationship between DimeSitio and its users. We recommend that you read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using DimeSitio (hereinafter, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, both those browsing anonymously and registered restaurant owners.
2. Description of the service
DimeSitio is a platform that allows users to discover restaurants in Valencia through a quick questions system, and restaurant owners to promote their establishments and receive inquiries from potential customers. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of continuous availability or error-free operation.
3. Restaurant registration
To create and manage an establishment on DimeSitio, the user must register and provide truthful and updated information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and all activities that occur under their account. DimeSitio reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration without the need for justification.
4. Subscriptions and payments
The registration and maintenance of an establishment on the Platform requires a paid subscription. The applicable price will be the one published on the website at the time of contracting, with different rates possibly existing depending on the type of subscription or current promotions. Payment is processed through Stripe, and by contracting you accept its terms of service. Subscriptions are automatically renewed and can be canceled at any time from the management panel. DimeSitio reserves the right to modify prices with prior notice to subscribed users with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Cancellations
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from the control panel. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be made for unused periods. DimeSitio reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the Platform if these terms are violated.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform (logos, texts, images, design) is the property of Studio Muxa Tech, S.L. or is used under license. Content provided by restaurant owners is their responsibility and they guarantee they have the right to publish it.
7. Limitation of liability
DimeSitio acts solely as an intermediary between users and restaurants. We are not responsible for the quality of service, accuracy of information published by restaurants, or relationships established between users and establishments. The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Applicable legislation
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For any controversy arising from the use of the Platform, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
